Financial Services Investment Bankers
ABOUT

We are investment bankers who help asset and wealth management firms maximize long-term value.
Like other bankers, we help clients with liquidity options, succession plans, and capital raises. Unlike others, we focus on cultural fit and transaction structure as critical elements of successful transactions. As such, we partner best with clients that value the agility, personalized service, and highly specialized expertise of a boutique, free of the conflicts and diluted attention inevitable at large firms.

EXPERTISE
The financial services industry is vast and complex. Choose specialists who understand your business.
While Wall Street has recently discovered "the space" — particularly wealth management — few have any real experience in the market and therefore offer little strategic value-add. Against this backdrop, our transaction experience reflects the wide range of businesses and models in a broad scope of financial services sub-markets. Our expertise includes institutional asset management, investment consulting, wealth management, insurance companies, depository institutions, financial technology platforms, mutual funds, securities firms, and broker-dealers.
